We had a wonderful stay at Pleasant Bay Village! Great location close to Chatham Village but also quiet and serene! We had an amazing room with a deck and enjoyed nightly walks around the grounds. The service was wonderful, they kept in contact with us via text to let us know they were always available for anything we should need. A wonderful experience, looking forward to another stay in the future.

My significant other and I stayed here during an impromptu trip to Cape Cod. It’s quiet and private yet close to all of the local shops and restaurants. It’s like a little oasis. We stayed in the Deluxe Queen Room, which offered a back deck and was perfect! Everything was very clean. Such a relaxing environment, and the staff was warm and very welcoming. We stopped at a couple places along the Cape, but this one was easily our favorite. A hidden gem for sure! Highly recommend!!

Our 2-day stay was great! Room was good. Only 2 complaints with the room - the air conditioning seemed to either be off or always on. It did not seem to shut off after reaching temperature. Also, there was a lot of moisture in the room. Our towels dried very slowly and the toilet was constantly dripping from condensation. I would be concerned about mold growth if that isn't handled soon. Lastly, the landscaping needs more maintenance! You can't walk from the parking areas to the rooms without brushing into 2-5 plants or bushes... that should not be happening.

This is a hidden gem on many acres of beautiful gardens and landscaping. Rooms were very nice with a lovely patio( had a dog with us so stayed in one of the efficiencies). Staff were very friendly and helpful and did a great job of remembering info about our group Did breakfast one day which was quite good. Would definitely recommend and will return

Didn’t get to stay long(2days),and weather was not great. However, what we did get was a clean room with a great bed and a great shower. We were there for a wedding and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Interesting landscaping and setup of rooms.
